The Foundation - Your Core Motive
In this section you will learn about your driving core motive. This section gives you the foundation you need to understand your unique personality. Other personality theories are explored.

The four personality styles are introduced.
Learn the needs, wants, natural talents, key behaviors, and keys to relating to each of the four personality styles. In addition, strengths and limitations for each personality are covered. The concept of a secondary color is presented and how personalities work under different conditions.

The Full Day Program

Includes Creating Synergy - Interacting with Others
Applying the color Code to your life through the skills and strategies learned in the half day program. Through role-plays and team exercises based on real-life issues you learn to apply Color Code to your every day interactions. How personality types interact with each other is covered in detail, case studies are examined, and "walking the path of other" by communicating with them in their personality "language" is discussed.
